Recipe for savoury pancakes

Ingredients:
Pancakes:
- 1 cup of flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup of milk
- 3/4 cup of sparkling water
- Oil
- A pinch of salt
Filling:
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 3.5 ounces of buckwheat
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Hot paprika
- Mix all pancake ingredients until you get a smooth batter. Fry the pancakes in a heated pan.
- Fry the finely chopped onion and garlic in butter. Add the cooked buckwheat, cottage cheese, and spices. Mix well.
- Stuff and roll the pancakes.
If you want to bake them further:
- Place in an ovenproof dish and sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 15-20 minutes until the cheese melts.
