Paige VanZant debuted in professional MMA in 2012. Her first opponent was Jordan Nicole Gaza, whom she defeated by judge decision. Just two years later, the American was signed by the UFC.
She fought Rose Namajunas, Michelle Waterson-Gomez, and Rachael Ostovich. Her last fight was in July 2020 against Amanda Ribas. Her record stands at 8 wins and 5 losses. She later tried bare-knuckle fighting but without success.
After ending her journey in fighting sports, she quickly found a new, lucrative occupation. She became a star on one of the adult sites, where she sells her daring photos, among other things.
An adult site is definitely my biggest source of income. I would say that within a day I made more than I did in my entire sports career - admitted the American.
The former UFC star shocks with her return to sports
Paige VanZant decided to return to sports. As highlighted by the mma.pl portal, the American was seen on Friday night at the Power Slap event at the Fontainebleau Hotel & Casino. VanZant's opponent was Christine Wolmarans.
VanZant won the fight against Wolmarans by the judges' decision after three rounds of open-hand slap to each other's faces.
