Now and then, we hear about people who accidentally fall from a great height. Unfortunately, most such incidents end, at best in numerous fractures. However, some people are incredibly fortunate and walk away from the dangerous incident unscathed.
The key factor for minimising injuries is the position where one falls to the ground and the degree of muscle relaxation. Falls from heights are best tolerated by people under the influence of alcohol and children, as their bodies are typically not tense during the fall.
Woman fell from the 13th floor
A video originating from Russia has circulated on the internet. In Novosibirsk, at 49/1 Aviation Street, a blood-curdling accident occurred. The entire incident was recorded by local surveillance. On July 18, a Siberian woman fell from a window on the 13th floor of a skyscraper. The 22-year-old fell onto the lawn in front of the building.
It took only a few seconds for the woman to get up on her own. The Russian portal NGS RU reports that eyewitnesses claim the 22-year-old could walk to the ambulance on her own.

Foreign reports have gathered limited information about the woman's health. It turns out she had a lot of luck. After thorough tests, it was revealed that the 22-year-old has only bruised lungs. No fractures, not even minor ones, were found. A friend of the woman confirmed: "I know her. She is fine, it's just a problem with her lungs."
