In May, Mike Tyson experienced a serious health crisis. During a flight from Miami to Los Angeles, he began vomiting blood and lost consciousness.
Coming here from Miami on the plane, I went to the bathroom, and I threw up blood. Next thing I know I’m on the floor and I was defecating tar, the legendary boxer told "The Sun".
After being taken to the hospital, doctors diagnosed a five-centimetre stomach ulcer that was bleeding.
The new date for Mike Tyson's fight
The fight planned for November with Jake Paul has been rescheduled for 15 November at AT&T Stadium in Dallas. To receive approval for a professional fight, Tyson must undergo examinations by the Texas Licensing Commission.
Despite health issues, Tyson remains determined. - I just wanted to get out of that f***ing hospital bed. I don't want to die in a hospital bed. I want to die in the ring.
For the first time in history, the fight will be broadcast live on Netflix.
