Since leaving the ranks of the British royal family, Meghan Markle has been striving hard to maintain media interest. A few months ago, Prince Harry’s wife decided to break into the market with her brand, American Riviera Orchard, which was supposed to offer strawberry jams, among other things. Jars of the exclusive preserve even reached a few well-known personalities and the 43-year-old’s friends.

The exclusive jams from Meghan Markle did not meet with particularly enthusiastic interest, and recently, news of American Riviera Orchard has quietened down a bit. Although there are promises of offering cookbooks, tableware, and food products, the media reports that the monarch's daughter-in-law is facing some minor issues related to her company’s operations.

According to the latest reports from foreign media, Prince Harry’s beloved wife recently tried to register the trademark American Riviera Orchard for international use. As reported by the "Daily Mail" portal, four months after filing for the name registration, several "irregularities" were found that had to be "corrected."

According to the service's website, the United States Patent and Trademark Office informed the Sussexes' lawyers about various issues, including "incorrect classification of yoga blankets, picnic baskets, and recipe books."

The tabloid also emphasised that the office’s representatives require authorities worldwide to pay registration fees amounting to £9,300.

Do you think she can still become the queen of the kitchen?
