Many reports provided by Russian or Belarusian media or government officials are elements of propaganda. Such reports are part of the information war conducted by the Russian Federation.
For the sixth year, the historical-patriotic campaign "Dictation of Victory" started on Friday, which "reminds us of the feats of the Soviet people." On this occasion, Dmitry Medvedev, deputy head of Russia's Security Council, sent a special message to the participants.
Medvedev: Russia fights against Nazis
The Russian Federation destroys new fascists on the battlefields. It repels attacks by those who wish to rewrite history with "vile lies", discrediting the true heroes - stated Medvedev in a message to the participants of the dictation, as quoted by the Russian agency TASS.
The deputy head of Russia's Security Council has once again made shocking statements. This time, he declared that Moscow was engaging in a war against Nazism. "Today, we are once again waging a decisive war against Nazism, destroying new fascists on the battlefields with weapons in hand, consistently and uncompromisingly repelling attacks by those who wish to change history with vile lies, who discredit the real heroes, but glorify scoundrels, executioners, and murderers. We will not allow this," he declared in his speech.
According to Medvedev, participants join the campaign driven by a "call of the soul, with pride and immense gratitude". "The enemy will not pass. Victory will be ours," he asserted.
