Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and as is known, a good choice to start it off is scrambled eggs, which will provide us with fullness and strength for the next few hours. Although a few years ago it was believed that eggs were not very healthy due to their adverse effect on blood cholesterol levels, years of research have proven this to be untrue. A high content of vitamins and minerals characterises them.
Recipe for fluffy scrambled eggs
If you love scrambled eggs but feel that you are not quite a master at making them, here's a tip on gently transforming them to make them fluffier.
The whole secret is following the scrambled eggs recipe, which is not only delicious but also incredibly easy to make. You don't need many ingredients.
What do you need to get?
- 3 chicken eggs,
- salt and pepper to taste,
- a bit of butter for frying,
- optional chives.
Preparing scrambled eggs
Preparing scrambled eggs won't take much time. We start by melting the butter in a pan. Then, carefully separate the yolks from the whites, which is key in this recipe. Whisk the whites and add salt and pepper.
Pour the whites into the pan and wait until they set a little. Remove the pan from the heat, and add the previously separated yolks to the set whites. Mix the ingredients. After transferring to a plate, sprinkle the scrambled eggs with chives or your favourite herbs.
Other ways to "enhance" the flavour of scrambled eggs include adding mushrooms (especially chanterelles), a few drops of lemon juice, or potato starch and milk.
