Kim Kardashian caused quite a stir two years ago. This was because she wore a dress formerly belonging to Marilyn Monroe on the red carpet at the Met Gala. After walking up the stairs, she was supposed to change into a replica, but this didn't help avoid damage.

The American faced a massive wave of criticism after photos showing the snagged material and gaps where crystals were initially circulated on the web. This did not stop the most famous Kardashian from once again embodying the 60s icon.

Kim Kardashian shared photos from another session, in which she posed in a leopard-print bikini. She matched it with high-heeled shoes and a mask. The styling of her hair and eyebrows was distinctly inspired by Marilyn Monroe.

Is the inspiration really that apparent?
