ISIS claims Moscow attack as Russia points finger at Ukraine

In his address to the Russian nation, he mentioned that 11 people were detained, and also emphasized that "four perpetrators headed towards Ukraine", where an "opportunity to cross the border" was supposedly prepared for them.

Meanwhile, the Islamic State has claimed responsibility for the terrorist attack in Russia. "The attack takes place in the context of the raging war between the Islamic State and countries fighting against Islam" - reported Amaq, a news agency associated with ISIS.
