Ice cream cookie sandwiches: The ultimate party dessert

Ingredients:

                    
• 200g melted butter,
• 120ml sugar,
• 120ml brown sugar,
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract,
• 2 eggs,
• 2 teaspoons cornflour,
• 360g all-purpose flour,
• 1 teaspoon baking soda,
• 1 teaspoon salt,
• 100g chocolate candies,
• 1 bar of milk chocolate.

Preparation:

Step 1. Pour the melted butter into a bowl. Add white and brown sugar and vanilla extract. Start mixing, gradually adding eggs, cornflour, all-purpose flour, and baking soda.

Step 2. Add chocolate candies and chopped chocolate to the batter and mix. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Step 3. Using a scoop, portion the dough and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, keeping them spaced apart. Put in an oven preheated to 180°C for 12 minutes.

Step 4. Even out the edges of the baked cookies with a glass so they are the same size. Once cooled, place a portion of ice cream on one cookie and cover it with another cookie. Roll the sides in candies. Place in the freezer for half an hour.
