Many people tidy up their gardens in March and April. However, in May, it is time to plant. In their gardens, Britons eagerly plant begonias, carnations, asters, daisies, geraniums, and marigolds.

Begonias can be planted in the garden, on the balcony, or on the terrace. This flower likes a lot of light but should not be directly in the sun, as it risks getting burned.

The soil should be permeable, fertile, and slightly acidic. Begonias rot easily, so control the moisture level - advises "Gazeta Pomorska".

Typically, begonias are watered once or twice a day. It is worth carefully checking if the plant has enough water.

Magical fertiliser. Begonias will be stunning!

What can be done to bend the stems under the weight of new flowers? It turns out that yeast fertiliser works perfectly here. To prepare it, you only need yeast, sugar, and water.

Cover the baker’s yeast with sugar and then pour warm water over it. Wait for everything to dissolve and mix. You can water the flowers with the ready solution. Use the fertiliser once every two weeks - instructs "Pomorska".

It has been noted that such fertilisation results in more vigorous plant growth and stimulates flowering. Moreover, it facilitates the uptake of minerals from the soil, stimulates root system development, and protects against fungi.
