Homemade remedy: How yoghurt can revive your feet this summer
In the summer, we are far more likely to reach for open footwear, allowing us to better cope with the immense heat. When choosing flip-flops or sandals, we need to pay attention to the appearance of our feet. How can we smooth and moisturize them? There is a deceptively simple way.

Before subjecting our feet to invasive exfoliating treatments, it's worth trying methods that moisturise them and help remove any calluses. In this case, just use a product that most of us have at home.
Homemade mask for dry foot skin
Beautiful weather and high temperatures practically encourage us to create light and airy outfits. They are often accompanied by sandals or flip-flops that help prevent our feet from sweating excessively. However, before we reach for them, we need to "de-grub" them a bit after winter.
For this purpose, we often go to beauty salons to remove dead skin and get a perfect pedicure. If we cannot afford this, it's worth trying home remedies to improve their appearance.
We will need natural yoghurt, which can be bought in almost any grocery store. This product is known for its moisturizing properties, which help combat cracked heels. Knowing that it has anti-inflammatory properties and helps soothe irritations is also helpful.
Simply apply it to clean and dry skin. Additionally, the feet can be wrapped in plastic wrap to ensure nothing gets dirty. After about 15 minutes, simply rinse everything off with warm water, and you're done. However, this procedure should be repeated at least once a week.
How to take care of your feet?
The key to our feet' beautiful appearance is primarily their care. Moisturizing them regularly minimizes the risk of cracking heels.
Contrary to appearances, it is not worth overusing pumice stones, as this can have the opposite effect. Limit their use to a maximum of twice a week, and your skin will thank you.
Choosing the right footwear is also extremely important. Choosing models made from natural materials is good to allow the skin to "breathe" freely.
