  • 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder,
  • sweetener to taste (e.g., erythritol, xylitol),
  • fruit (e.g., apples, bananas, blueberries),
  • oil for frying.

Preparation:

  1. Prepare the fruit: Peel and grate the apples on a coarse grater. You can also use other fruits like bananas, which must be mashed with a fork.
