Fatal dismantling: Three killed by drone explosion in Kherson

Three men died while attempting to dismantle a drone equipped with an explosive charge in the Kherson region in southern Ukraine - Oleksandr Prokudin, the head of the regional authorities, announced on Telegram.

The men, aged 45, 55, and 67, found the drone outdoors, took it inside a house, and started to dismantle it when the explosive charge went off.

"All three sustained serious injuries and died on their way to the hospital" – Prokudin reported.

He also urged residents to exercise caution and, if they encounter any suspicious objects, not to handle them but to retreat to a safe distance and contact emergency services.
