President Joe Biden has already been informed about the situation.
"President Biden received updates on the incident at Trump's rally from Kimberly Cheatle, Director of the United States Secret Service, Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas, and White House Homeland Security Advisor Liz Sherwood-Randall," reported the AP agency.

A spokesperson for the Secret Service also commented on the incident, stating that "Trump is safe." "Former President Donald Trump is safe after the incident at his rally," said Anthony Guglielmi, Head of Communications for the Secret Service, on X (formerly known as Twitter).

Steven Cheung, a spokesperson for Donald Trump, also commented on the incident, stating that the former president "is doing well."
