Dramatic finale of a police operation

Suspilne - the public broadcaster in Ukraine - emphasizes that no air raid alarm was announced in the region, and the explosion "probably was not related to Russian shelling."
It was only later that the police in Brovary reported that in the evening, they had received a call about "hooligan acts" by an unknown man.
