"It's an unreal feeling, like a scene from a film. We were mere moments from death," shared Brianna Walker, who was in one of the cars at the time of the horrific incident, to the press.
The plane had departed from Ohio
The Bombardier Challenger 600 was carrying five passengers. The aircraft had taken off from Columbus, Ohio in the north of the USA. The pilot was compelled to perform the emergency landing when both engines failed.
State rescue services have reported two fatalities connected to the incident, though it was not specified whether these were passengers of the jet or drivers on the motorway. However, it is confirmed that at least three people from the plane survived.
