A three-year-old girl was injured in an accident in Crimea. An electric scooter fell on her, likely hit by a relative of a local oligarch. The man fled the scene. Photos of the girl appearing on Telegram are horrifying.

In Simferopol, Crimea, three children were riding scooters near a playground. At one point, one of the riders started to turn right, lost control of the vehicle, and hit one of the girls on a scooter.

This girl then fell onto a pram where a three-year-old girl was sitting. After the incident, the 13-year-old returned to her scooter and rode away.

As a result of the collision, the three-year-old girl was injured. Ninety minutes later, the person responsible for the accident was found in the same park, again on a scooter. The police also arrived at the scene.

When the girl's mother arrived, the girl apologised. The parents announced that the teenager would receive a reprimand, and the mother would ensure that the girl regretted her actions and no longer rode an electric scooter.

However, the 13-year-old was not the main culprit of the entire accident. The perpetrator of the accident, who first hit the 13-year-old, is a relative of a very influential person in Crimea. Joseph Feingold is a former deputy of the Simferopol City Council and a businessman with millions of pounds in his account.

Interestingly, after the accident, other parents began blaming not the oligarch's relative but the 13-year-old girl, who was in the wrong place at the wrong time.

Parents want to create a petition to request a ban on scooters in Gagarin Park. In their opinion, there is a constant risk of accidents in the park due to the large number of children and electric scooters.
