The base for the delicious no-bake mini dessert is dark chocolate and the rarely used in our kitchens pomegranate. This unassuming fruit has enormous potential. It contains, among others, a good amount of fibre, vitamin C and K, as well as minerals like iron, potassium, and calcium leading the pack. So, as you can see, there are too many nutritional values to continue ignoring them. Therefore, do not hesitate any longer and introduce this exotic fruit into your diet today. 

The combination of dark chocolate and an exotic fruit is a real treat for the taste buds!

Ingredients:

  • 4 dark chocolates,
  • 1 pomegranate. 

How to prepare:

Step 1. I start the recipe by preparing the fruit. First, I make cuts in several places, then easily transfer the contents of the pomegranate into a bowl. 

Step 2. Next, I move on to working with the dark chocolates. I melt them in a water bath until they become perfectly smooth

Step 3. I also use a muffin tin for the recipe. In each compartment, I place a paper cupcake liner. Then I fill them with the chocolate in its liquid form, thereby creating the base of the future dessert.

Step 4. The next layer I create with the previously prepared fruits. Into each compartment goes about 2-3 teaspoons (10-15 ml) of the product.

Step 5. The remaining amount of chocolate in its liquid form I place into a pastry bag, then distribute it in each cup, creating a decorative zigzag directly on top of the fruits.

Step 6. Finally, I put the mini desserts into the freezer for 4 hours. After chilling, all that remains is to take the goodies out of the kitchen device and serve them to guests. Enjoy!
