Comb your way to shine: The secret to conditioner application
Many people regularly use conditioner after every hair wash, but the results often do not meet their expectations—their hair is not smooth and shiny. The reason may be the incorrect application method. However, there is a method recommended by hair enthusiasts that can improve the condition of your hair.

Our hair is exposed to various damages, such as during dyeing and bleaching. High temperatures when using a straightener, curling iron, or even a hairdryer without using heat-protection cosmetics also negatively impact. As a result, hair becomes dry and lacklustre.
We then rely on conditioners and masks, but what if these products don't work? Here is a method that can revolutionise your care routine.
How to apply conditioner correctly?
Most people apply conditioner by rubbing it into their hair with their hands. This is a mistake! For healthy and shiny hair, it's worth making a small change: comb the conditioner into the hair instead of rubbing.
For this purpose, it is best to use a comb or a large, flat brush like a "paddle brush." Apply the conditioner to your hair and comb it through with your head turned down. Remember to avoid the hair roots, as they can become flat and greasy faster.
Soft and pleasant-to-touch hair
The process of combing in the conditioner should take about 2-3 minutes. Then, it should be left on the hair for another five minutes. After that, rinse the product off.
This method of application "presses" the nourishing ingredients into the hair's structure, smoothing it and closing the cuticles, making your hair soft and pleasant to the touch. It's a simple trick that can significantly improve the look of your hair.
How to take care of hair in summer?
In summer, our hair is exposed to many harmful factors, such as UV radiation, salt water, and chlorinated pool water. How can we effectively care for it so it's healthy and shiny? It's worth using products with UV filters and wearing head coverings like hats or scarves. Also, remember to regularly use conditioners and moisturising masks.
Salt and chlorinated water can further dry the hair, so after every swim, it's worth rinsing your hair thoroughly with clean water. Then, a highly moisturising serum will be applied to coat the hair with a protective layer. This is especially important to prevent moisture loss.
