The American-style chocolate cake, or brownie, has gained extraordinary popularity worldwide. Everyone can manage baking it. It has a strong chocolate aroma and is pleasantly moist. When Coca-Cola is added to it, it will be even fluffier and moister.

Use the famous drink

Using carbonated water in cakes is nothing new, but did you know you can use Coca-Cola to create an exceptional chocolate cake? This popular drink perfectly enriches the flavour of this dessert.

According to the original recipe from the United States, you need to apply the icing right after taking the cake out of the oven; you cannot let the cake cool. This will give the dessert a rich flavour and an exceptional texture.

It will be fluffy

American-style chocolate cakes have a characteristic dense and moist texture. Some say they resemble... a baking mishap. To make the cake fluffier, it's worth adding Coca-Cola to it.
