Ingredients:
- 5-7 chicken feet,
- 4 cloves of garlic,
- 3-4 tablespoons soy sauce,
- 3 tablespoons teriyaki sauce,
- 2 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce,
- 2 tablespoons butter,
- dried chilli flakes,
- sesame seeds.
Preparation:
- Cut off the tips with claws from the chicken feet and put them into a pot of boiling water.
- Cook until the chicken feet are tender.
- Melt the butter and sauté the finely chopped garlic in a pan over low heat.
- Add the chicken feet and fry briefly.
- Add soy sauce, sweet chilli, teriyaki sauce, and chilli flakes. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and continue frying until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken feet.
You can adjust the proportions of soy sauce and teriyaki to your liking. Don't be stingy with the garlic. Serve the chicken feet warm. Enjoy!
