Salceson cake with apples
To prepare it, you need ingredients that you surely have in your kitchen. It would help if you had a moment of preparation, some baking, and a pinch of patience until it cools and you can enjoy a delicious cake. The combination of apples, peanuts, and cocoa is a sweet hit.
Ingredients:
- 240 grams of all-purpose flour,
- 4 eggs,
- 200 grams of sugar,
- 120 millilitres of vegetable oil,
- 4 teaspoons of cocoa,
- 120 grams of unsalted peanuts,
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder,
- 5 apples.
Preparation:
Step 1. Peel and dice the apples.
Step 2. Crack the eggs into a bowl and add sugar. Mix until a light, fluffy consistency is achieved, gradually adding the vegetable oil. Add cocoa, baking powder, and flour, then mix.
Step 3. Next, add the diced apples and chopped nuts and mix. Line the bottom of a 29 × 18 cm pan with parchment paper and spread the batter evenly. Place in an oven preheated to 180°C at 16:00 for 45 minutes.
Step 4. After baking, set the cake aside to cool. Once cooled, decorate with powdered sugar. Enjoy!
