Bloody Trump trainers fly off shelves amid controversy and debate
Donald Trump's website has been selling trainers with his initials or slogans like "Trump 45 President of the USA" for some time. There are also gold editions available. However, trainers with the image of a bloody Trump recently appeared for sale.

The photo presented on the trainers was taken at the moment of the attack on the former president of the USA on 13 July. The limited edition shoes cost "only" $299 (£230), and contrary to appearances, they are very popular.
In addition to the historical photo, the trainers also feature the slogan "Fight, fight, fight!" - these words were shouted by Trump right after the shooting, of which he was a victim, had ceased.
As we can see on the site, only 5,000 pairs of these trainers were produced. They also feature the American flag. Some sizes are already sold out. Furthermore, Trump will leave his autograph on 10 randomly selected pairs.
The photo of a bloody Trump, the Secret Service employees surrounding him, and the slogan "Fight, fight, fight!" are some of the most memorable moments of this terrifying incident that took place at Trump's campaign rally in Butler, Pennsylvania on 13 July, when 20-year-old Thomas Matthew Crooks opened fire, not only injuring the former president of the USA but also killing firefighter Corey Comperatore and injuring two other people.
With only 5,000 pairs available, each one is a true collector’s item. Show your support and patriotic pride with these exclusive sneakers, capturing a defining moment in history - reads the website.
Earlier this year, a company affiliated with Trump introduced trainers for sale with the slogan "Never Surrender", which sold out like hot cakes despite the price of $399 (£310).
Trainers with Trump's photo. The Republican leads in the polls
Trump is currently leading in the polls for the 45th president of the USA and surpasses Joe Biden. Already before the shooting in Pennsylvania, he proved better than his opponent in the presidential TV debate.
Despite the assassination attempt, which took place less than a week ago, Trump is not resting on his laurels. He is currently in Milwaukee at the Republican National Convention, and on Thursday, he will deliver a long-awaited speech in which he will accept the party's nomination. This will be his first appearance since the assassination attempt.
