The lives of billionaires and creators of technological innovations that have revolutionised the world are a source of curiosity and speculation for many people. Who are the founders of huge corporations behind closed doors when only their family is watching? Occasionally, we get a glimpse into their lives thanks to series and TV programmes. Nowadays, billionaires appear in productions on streaming platforms like Netflix more often than on the silver screen. Among the businessmen who agreed to participate in documentary programmes is Bill Gates, co-founder of Microsoft and philanthropist.
Is Bill Gates a lizard?
The creators of the programme "What's Next? The Future with Bill Gates" repeatedly confront the billionaire with conspiracy theories about him. This is not entirely unreasonable - a lot of time in the programme is dedicated to the impact of disinformation on society. Gates is thus asked if it is true that along with the liberal world order, "Bill Gates and the liberal world order are orchestrating a scheme to force people to eat bugs." According to this theory, the plan is to "weaken the lower classes with protein-poor insect diets." Gates responds by saying, "Uh, I’d feel bad if I was doing that."
Another theory that Bill Gates is confronted with concerns reptilians. According to its author, both the billionaire and Tom Hanks and Lady Gaga belong to the "part of the reptilian race." Joking as usual, the businessman stated that someone had mentioned this theory to him, but he didn't know they had Tom Hanks involved.
Is Bill Gates a clone?
Bill Gates was also informed that he allegedly drinks the blood of small children, sells potatoes to McDonald's, and is dead. Gates is said to have died in a car accident with his wife, and clones were put in their place. This last piece of information particularly amused the billionaire. He responded by saying that his ex-wife "is still a real person" and he himself is "doing his best".
