Berlusconi's heirs sell first property from his estate: Lampedusa villa, for 3 million euros

It was reported in the media that the villa, known as Two Palms, covering an expansive area of over 250 square metres and accompanied by a large garden, was sold for 3 million euros.
Earlier in February, newspapers announced that another famous Berlusconi property in Sardinia — Villa Certosa, located in Porto Rotondo on the Emerald Coast, has been put up for sale for an estimated half a billion euros.
An estate boasting 126 rooms and a private volcano
This is the residence where Berlusconi used to entertain friends and political figures. This sprawling property spans over 100 hectares and comprises a villa with 126 rooms, five swimming pools, and several sports facilities. It even features an artificial volcano as its main attraction.
Thirteen years ago, Prime Minister Berlusconi bought a villa for roughly 1.5 million euros on Lampedusa — an Italian island then in the throes of a crisis due to a significant influx of immigrants during the peak of the so-called Arab Spring, a period marked by social protests and armed conflicts in Arab countries.
During his visit to Lampedusa, Silvio Berlusconi stated: "I looked on the internet and bought a house on Cala Francese beach".
"I will also be a resident of Lampedusa", Berlusconi jokingly added. However, the former Prime Minister and media mogul never set foot on the property.
Following the former Prime Minister of Italy's death, his children sold it as the first property off his estate.
