Barron Trump forges his own path at NYU's stern school
On 20 January 2025, Donald Trump returned to the White House as the 47th President of the USA. His youngest son, Barron Trump, is no longer a child but an adult following his own path. Barron did not move to Washington with his parents; instead, he began his studies at the prestigious New York University.
Barron was born in March 2006 and was raised bilingual, speaking both English and Slovene thanks to his mother, Melania, and grandmother, Amalija Knavs. After attending elite schools in Manhattan, Maryland, and Florida, he completed his secondary education in June 2024.
According to "Fakt", he started studying at the Stern School of Business in September, which is regarded as one of the best business schools in the world.
Melania Trump revealed that her son did not move into the dormitory. "That’s not even an option," she said and admitted that Barron chose to study in New York and live on his own terms.
It was his decision to be in New York, study in New York, and live alone, and I respect that - she said in an interview with Fox News. Barron moved into the family residence at Trump Tower in Manhattan.

Although he was not officially involved in his father's election campaign, according to ABC News, Barron helped Donald Trump connect with young Americans by recommending popular podcasts. Melania describes her son as independent and unique.

Donald Trump also praises his son. "He is very smart. He's a good student. He goes to a great school and does really well. And he’s a really nice guy. Barron is focused on his studies and is not thinking about a love life." - He’s not at that stage - Donald added.
