American media reported that the man who shot at Donald Trump during the campaign rally is 20-year-old Thomas Matthew Crooks. The FBI has officially confirmed this information.

The perpetrator of the attack on Donald Trump has been identified. The FBI confirmed and reported that the attacker is Thomas Matthew Crooks, a 20-year-old resident of Bethel Park, Pennsylvania. It was conveyed that the investigation is ongoing, and they also requested that anyone with information that may assist in the investigation contact the authorities.

It was reported that the shooter did not have any documents on him, which further slowed down the process.

Contradictory reports regarding the perpetrator's appearance

Unverified photos of the perpetrator began to appear in the media. Currently, American media officially states that the shooter is 20-year-old Thomas Matthew Crooks from Bethel Park, Pennsylvania.

Media reports indicate that the attacker was shooting with an AR-15. The motive is still unknown.

Attack on Trump

Former US President Donald Trump was injured during a campaign rally in Butler, Pennsylvania. Trump fell to the ground during his speech, holding his head, and was then escorted to his car by the Secret Service.

A bullet grazed Donald Trump but is safe, and the attacker is dead, said District Attorney Richard Goldinger. He added that one of the spectators is also dead, and another is seriously injured.
