Many people value a healthy lifestyle. Maintaining a diet, exercising regularly, and preparing balanced meals are priorities for a significant portion of the population worldwide. Some, however, might not feel fit enough to start playing a sport or to go to the gym. Many trainers remind them that walking and taking numerous steps is an excellent idea, as this is also considered a form of exercise.

Lorraine, a woman in the United States, decided to take up a challenge. For an entire month, she walked and took 10,000 steps every day. She wanted to see if walking would have any effect on her life. She noticed only positives, which she shared with her followers. Her video reached a million people and garnered tens of thousands of likes.

TikToker Lorraine promotes a healthy lifestyle on social media. She shares videos showcasing how much she walks and encourages her followers to do the same. One of her videos talked about the benefits of regularly taking many steps. Notably, she didn't focus on weight loss, a natural result of walking.

Lorraine began by stating that she practically forgot about back pain thanks to regularly taking 10,000 steps. She said this is so important that she will never stop walking. She will walk indoors if she has to walk on a treadmill at home because the weather is terrible. Lorraine also noticed that she sleeps much better. She had huge problems resting at night, but since she started walking frequently, she has practically forgotten about them.

Lorraine also noticed that she had forgotten what bloating feels like. She feels much lighter and has the impression that nothing interferes with her proper digestion. She emphasised that she also takes appropriate supplements, but it was the walking that made the biggest difference. She said her menstrual pains are much smaller, and sometimes, she doesn't have to deal with them at all. Finally, she encouraged her followers to start walking more.
