Many people value a healthy lifestyle. Maintaining a diet, exercising regularly, and preparing balanced meals are priorities for a significant portion of the population worldwide. Some, however, might not feel fit enough to start playing a sport or to go to the gym. Many trainers remind them that walking and taking numerous steps is an excellent idea, as this is also considered a form of exercise.

She wanted to see if walking would have any effect on her life. She noticed only positives, which she shared with her followers. She will walk indoors if she has to walk on a treadmill at home because the weather is terrible. Lorraine also noticed that she sleeps much better. She had huge problems resting at night, but since she started walking frequently, she has practically forgotten about them.

She emphasised that she also takes appropriate supplements, but it was the walking that made the biggest difference. She said her menstrual pains are much smaller, and sometimes, she doesn't have to deal with them at all. Finally, she encouraged her followers to start walking more.
