Zelensky labels Putin as "biggest window for terror" amid claims
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky called Russian dictator Vladimir Putin the "biggest window for terror". This statement was in response to recent claims from the Kremlin, which suggested that the culprits of a brutal terrorist attack on a concert hall near Moscow attempted to flee to Ukrainian territory.

During a speech that was released in the early hours of Tuesday, Volodymyr Zelensky strongly criticized Putin for his continuous attempts to blame Ukraine for various issues. "Today, Putin was again talking to himself and again it was aired on television. Once more, he blames Ukraine. He is a sick and cynical being. In his view, everyone is a terrorist except for him, although he has been thriving on terror for two decades," Zelensky remarked.
The Ukrainian President emphasized that it is Putin, and not Ukraine, who is the real source of terror. "He is the biggest window for terror. He and his special services. And when he leaves, the demand for terror and violence will leave with him, because that is his demand. And no one else's," Zelensky stressed.
"Terrorists attempted to escape to Ukraine"
On Monday, Vladimir Putin once again claimed that the individuals behind the attack near Moscow were "radical Islamists". Furthermore, the Russian dictator suggested that it needs to be investigated, "why the terrorists tried to escape to Ukraine after committing the crime and who was waiting for them there".
The attack on the Crocus City Hall concert venue in Krasnogorsk, close to Moscow, was among the bloodiest in recent history. At least 139 people were killed, and more than 180 were injured. The search operation in the ravaged building is expected to continue at least until Tuesday evening.
