American military aid for Ukraine is set to commence immediately after President Joe Biden signs the bill passed by Congress. Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu has already announced that Russia will intensify attacks on Ukrainian warehouses storing Western weapons.

Shoigu also stated that Russia "dispelled the myth of Western weapons superiority," and its forces "took the initiative on the front over a length of about 1,000 kilometers."
The Minister referred in this way to the Saturday vote in the American House of Representatives. As a result of this vote, the United States decided to provide Ukraine with a new military aid package worth nearly £61 billion.
As reported by Reuters, the package will include, among other things, long-range missile systems ATACMS, as well as ammunition and intercepting missiles intended for air defense systems.

"In proportion to the threats posed by the United States and its allies, we will continue to improve the composition and structure of the armed forces and increase the production of the most popular weapons and military equipment," announced Shoigu.
Meanwhile, CNN, citing its sources, reports that most of the weapons from the U.S. aid package intended for Ukraine are already in warehouses in Germany and Poland. This is to shorten the time needed for their delivery to the front line.
CNN's source also mentioned that among the first materials delivered to Ukraine will be artillery shells. Their delivery will begin immediately after President Joe Biden signs the act regarding the provision of aid to Ukraine by the USA.
