According to a survey published Thursday by the YouGov centre for CBS, Trump leads Harris in Arizona with 51-48 per cent of the votes.
In the Quinnipiac University poll, the results of which were announced on Wednesday, Trump is leading in Georgia with 52 percent to 45 percent of the votes, while in North Carolina, Harris has a slight advantage with 49 percent to 47 percent.
An extremely tight race
With less than three weeks remaining before the elections, emotions are at a fever pitch, and the race for the highest office in the USA remains extremely tight. "Forbes" magazine assesses that these polls only increase the tension in the campaign.
Remember, Kamala Harris was nominated as the Democratic presidential candidate after the incumbent, President Joe Biden, withdrew from the race at the end of July. He made this decision following an unsuccessful debate with Trump. Polls indicated that Trump would defeat Biden in most key states, influencing his withdrawal.
The presidential elections in the USA are scheduled for 5th November.
