A tragic end to a completely mindless act. A few days ago, social media circulated a shocking video showing a group of four teenagers riding on the roof of the underground in Vienna. Two of them were from the Czech Republic. As they were entering the Schönbrunn station, they hit their heads on a concrete passageway.

The video does not show the moment of the tragedy, but its aftermath - one of the boys was lying injured on the underground roof with a head wound. Due to the graphic content, we are not publishing the video in this article.

Vienna. They rode on the underground roof. Tragic news from the hospital

Both injured Czechs were taken to hospital, and their Austrian friends, aged 13 and 16, decided to flee. However, after some time, they reported to the police.

Meanwhile, the German newspaper "Bild," citing information from "Kronenzeitung," reports that after three days in hospital, the 17-year-old injured in the incident died, and then his 18-year-old companion lost his life.

As reported by the German tabloid, the Vienna transport company strongly warns against this illegal and highly dangerous trend.

We strongly appeal to refrain from such reckless and deadly actions. No video on TikTok, no test of courage, or selfie in the world is worth climbing onto an underground or tram and risking your life - was written in the statement.
