Stormy Daniels reveals intimate details of Trump's encounter in court
Stormy Daniels detailed her intimate acquaintance with Donald Trump in court. "I wasn't expecting to see him there, especially minus a lot of clothes," Daniels testified, recalling the alleged affair with the former US president.
In the United States, Donald Trump is undergoing a trial. The former president is accused of falsifying business documents to conceal payments of about £100,000, which were transferred to the now 42-year-old Stormy Daniels. Trump allegedly paid the former adult film actress for her silence about their affair.
The prosecution emphasizes that Trump hid these expenses in 2016, just before the elections in to avoid a scandal. As the prosecutors point out, such actions are against the law. Now, the court has listened to Stormy Daniels herself, who did not spare the details.
He greeted her in pyjamas
Stormy Daniels mentioned that she met Donald Trump in 2006 during a celebrity golf tournament. At that time, she didn't know exactly who the man she bumped into was. She added that he praised her shrewdness when she told Trump about directing several film productions.
The second time Trump mentioned Daniels' intellect, his security guard said this meant he would like to have dinner with Stormy. She initially refused, but after some thought, she accepted the offer.
The meeting took place in a luxury hotel over Lake Tahoe. Trump came down to the hotel restaurant in satin pyjamas.
She felt "the room was spinning in slow motion"
Later, Daniels found herself in Trump's apartment. When she asked him about Melania, he said they don't even sleep in the same room. The man then pulled out a magazine with his picture on the cover, which the former adult film actress immediately reacted to.
- I took it from him and I swatted him with it … right on the butt - continued the 42-year-old.
Afterwards, the woman went to the bathroom. When she came out, Trump was sitting only in a shirt and boxers on the bed. Daniels didn't think such a situation would arise.
- I had that moment where I felt the room spun in slow motion. I felt the blood leave my hands and my feet like you do if you stand up too fast. I was just like, ‘What did I misread to get here? - she confessed in court.
At that point, she and Trump were close, even though she tried to leave his place. After this detailed description, the judge asked for parts of the testimony to be removed from the record. Then, the former US president's attorney fervently fought to have the trial dismissed—to no avail.
