Southport stabbing: Three girls dead, ten injured in knife attack

The Southport massacre continues to resonate. A 17-year-old attacked children with a knife during a dance class. He killed three girls and injured ten others. Journalists from "The Sun" obtained video footage of the knife wielder moments before the attack.

On Monday, 29 July, in the city of Southport in northwestern England, there was a knife attack. A 17-year-old attacked in a community centre where dance classes were being held for young children.

As a result of the attack, three girls died. 6-year-old Bebe King, 7-year-old Elsie Dot Stancombe, and 9-year-old Alice dasilva Aguiar. Eight other children were injured. Five are in critical condition.

Journalists from "The Sun" obtained video footage showing the 17-year-old assailant moments before the attack on the community centre in Southport.

The video footage shows a person in a green hoodie with a mask on their face. The young man is walking down the street. Moments later, the 17-year-old attacked the community centre in Southport.

After the tragedy in Southport, there were riots in front of the local mosque. Police arrested four people.

City residents united to repair the damage, including the vandalised mosque walls. Jenni Stancombe, the mother of one of the victims, appealed for everyone inciting violence to calm down and leave their town.
