Sophie Lait made a brave confession. The influencer, who supports the body-positive movement, posted a shocking message on Instagram. She revealed that despite her dream vacation, she struggled with body image issues. She pointed out parts of her body that she feels ashamed of.

The influencer promotes the body positive movement

Sophie Lait is an influencer advocating for the body-positive movement. She hails from the United Kingdom, specifically from Devon. Nearly 220,000 people follow her on Instagram. Her profile is filled with realistic photos of her in a bikini. She consistently encourages people to accept their bodies and respect others, irrespective of their appearance.

Does the woman not feel comfortable in her own body?

Sophie does not hide the fact that she also has bad days. She recently returned from her dream vacation in Thailand. She wrote on Instagram: "My @trutravels holiday was undoubtedly a bucket list adventure of a LIFETIME, yet I couldn’t shake the heavy feeling of self doubt & low self worth!! It’s crazy isn’t it, being emersed in the most magical place, yet my confidence was at an all time low."

The influencer published a post listing things that made her feel uncomfortable. Sophie suffers from a condition that affects the appearance of her legs. It was hard for her to accept the way they looked in photos. Additionally, she felt distressed that her breasts are "saggy." She also felt insecure wearing shorts. Moreover, she couldn't accept that her stomach was not flat. During the trip, she was also troubled by sweat that turned her face red.
