Salma Hayek defies age with stunning photos and meditation secrets

Although Hollywood has little to offer an actress at this age, Hayek remains the talk of movie fans. She ensures she stays in their minds by frequently posting bikini photos online.

On the last day of July, the Mexican-born actress informed her nearly 30 million Instagram followers that she eagerly anticipates August. The remaining summer days seem to be treating her well as she relaxes by the pool. Fans unanimously praise her, dubbing her the most beautiful woman on Earth, and it's hard to disagree with them.

What is Salma taking a break from? A few days ago, she carried the torch with the Olympic flame. Naturally, we would prefer to see her in the midst of filming a great movie showcasing her undeniable talent. Unfortunately, her latest production was released over a year ago. It was the series "Black Mirror" on Netflix, where she portrayed herself in one episode.

Salma's fans fondly recall her roles in "Desperado," where her beauty caused car crashes, and "From Dusk Till Dawn," where she mesmerised audiences with her sex appeal and dancing. Of course, her most significant professional achievement remains her portrayal of painter Frida Kahlo in the film "Frida," for which she received an Oscar nomination (losing to Nicole Kidman).

Salma Hayek's wonderful shape

Salma Hayek will turn 58 next month. Time has had little effect on her. She maintains a beautifully attractive hourglass figure, and her face remains stunningly beautiful. Naturally, it would be naïve to assume that this is purely nature's work and that no surgeon has contributed. Nevertheless, the actress insists it is all thanks to meditation.

"Because of a lot of pain in my body and health issues, somehow I developed this strange meditation that I keep evolving. I can do it for hours because you don't feel the time, and it's so much fun because it's not like you sit there and you think of nothing. It's actually feeling the energy and it moves and it dance inside of you. Sometimes when I’m doing it, people tell me when I come out of the room, ‘Oh, my God. Again, you look 20,’" she confessed in the podcast "Let’s Talk Off Camera".
