Russian strike on Kharkiv leaves teen dead, dozens injured
A Russian-guided bomb struck a residential building in Kharkiv on Wednesday evening, leaving nearly 30 people injured. One person, a teenager, has died. President Volodymyr Zelensky has again appealed to world leaders for assistance for Ukraine.

At least 29 people were injured following the Russian strike on the high-rise building in Kharkiv.
The head of the regional authorities, Oleh Syniehubov, reported that an 11-year-old child was pulled from the rubble with serious injuries, including head trauma, but the medical services were unable to save them.
According to the mayor of Kharkiv, Ihor Terekhov, the air strike destroyed several floors of the building.
Videos circulating on social media show a massive hole in the façade of the nine-storey block.
The attack has already prompted a reaction from the president of Ukraine.
"Russia hit a nine-storey building in Kharkiv with a guided aerial bomb. Unfortunately, there are casualties, including children. People may still be under the rubble," Volodymyr Zelensky reported on Telegram.
Following yet another Russian attack, he appealed to the leaders of allied countries for more decisive action regarding aid to Ukraine.
"Partners see what is happening every day. And under these conditions, their every delayed decision results in at least dozens, if not hundreds, of such Russian bombs on Ukraine. Their decisions determine the lives of our citizens. Therefore, we must jointly stop Russia and do so with all possible strength," added Zelensky.
