Rising trend: Tortilla burger revolutionises the classic hamburger
The tortilla burger is becoming an increasingly popular alternative to the classic hamburger, where a soft tortilla is used instead of a bun. This fusion of Mexican and American flavours has garnered many fans worldwide.
Tortilla burgers are a real playground for creative chefs. You can experiment with different types of meat, toppings, and sauces to create unique flavour combinations. In our recipe, we keep it classic—minced beef, a sauce reminiscent of the popular Big Mac sandwich, and lettuce. No one will miss the classic fast food because the tortilla burger is far superior.
