Place the prepared cutlets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Then put them in an oven preheated to 200 degrees Celsius for 15-20 minutes.
Oven chips - not just from potatoes
You can make chips in the oven from potatoes, sweet potatoes, celery, or pumpkin. Pumpkin fries taste great seasoned with smoked paprika and dipped in homemade garlic sauce. If you coat them in olive oil with spices before putting them in the oven, they will be crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
