Quick oil-based apple cake. Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 180 grams of sugar
  • 250 millilitres of oil
  • 250 grams of flour
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 2 large apples
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar + 1 flat teaspoon of cinnamon
  • powdered sugar for dusting the cake

Preparation:

  1. Beat the eggs with sugar until a fluffy mass forms. Then, gradually add the oil while continuously mixing.
  2. Sift the flour, add the baking powder, and then mix with the wet ingredients with a spoon until a thick batter is formed.
  3. Peel and slice the apples, then sprinkle them with cinnamon and powdered sugar.
  4. Pour the batter into a baking pan lined with parchment paper. Arrange the apples on the batter.
  5. Bake the cake for 40 minutes at 180°C.
  6. Dust the finished oil-based apple cake with powdered sugar.
