It's vital to note that many reports from Russian media or government officials are considered propaganda. These reports are part of the information warfare conducted by the Russian Federation.

The Islamic State claimed responsibility for the terrorist attack at the Crocus concert hall in Moscow. However, they failed to provide any evidence backing their claim.

- Vladimir Putin had a telephone conversation with the President of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, discussing the terrorist attack at the Crocus concert hall, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov reported, as quoted by RIA Novosti.

- The President of Belarus extended his heartfelt condolences regarding the tragic terrorist attack in Moscow. Peskov added that the leaders reaffirmed their commitment to cooperating in combating terrorism.

Shooting in Moscow

On Friday, before a Piknik concert, armed assailants stormed the Crocus City Hall in Krasnogorsk, on the outskirts of Moscow. The attack triggered an explosion within the building, leading to a fire.

Videos from the scene surfaced online almost instantly, depicting armed, masked individuals systematically and coldly opening fire on unarmed civilians.

On Saturday, the Russian Federation's Investigative Committee announced that the death toll from the attack had reached 115 and might still rise. Gunshot wounds, along with carbon monoxide poisoning due to the fire, were reported as the leading causes of death.

The attackers, numbering at least four (though there were suspicions of as many as 20), fled the scene. Early on Saturday, unofficial reports about the apprehension of the first suspects emerged.
