Rumours about Prince Harry's desire to return to his homeland seem never-ending. Contrary to many expectations, his last visit to the United Kingdom did not indicate such intent. The rebellious royal family member has no plans to change significantly.

Last week, Prince Harry made an unannounced overseas visit, although it might seem like a slight exaggeration considering the flight to his native country. The funeral of the uncle of the estranged brothers prompted his brief stay in the United Kingdom. The gentlemen did not even engage in a short conversation while jointly attending the 82-year-old's final journey.

Despite still tense relations with close family members, speculation about Harry's imminent return to the British court has intensified recently. His old friends insist that he increasingly feels the lack of carefree pastimes among trusted friends, and he himself feels suffocated in his marriage with the controlling Meghan Markle. However, the truth turns out to be quite different.

Prince Harry ties his future to America

Experts closely watching the royals insist that the 39-year-old's standing would improve if he remained faithful to family traditions passed down from generation to generation. Meanwhile, the man does not focus on digging into the past. Contrary to appearances, he does not seem to regret the loud decision to move.

[Harry] is happy and settled in California, with an "amazing" new set of friends and several projects on the horizon - confidential informants from the red-haired aristocrat's circle revealed to Britain's "The Telegraph".

Prince Harry maintains contact with a select group of advisors with whom he collaborated while living in the United Kingdom. Sometimes, he turns to them for advice, but they, too, expressed surprise at the suggestion that William's brother would ever return to his former duties. Despite this, he shows an undisguised desire to meet with the father he hasn't seen in a long time.

The Duke of Sussex's schedule for the coming weeks is packed with numerous meetings. He is currently preparing for a trip to New York City as part of High-Level Week, which will open the 79th session of the UN General Assembly. He is also working on new projects within the Archewell Foundation he runs with his wife, including developing a support group for parents whose children have fallen victim to cyber-attacks.
