Ingredients:

              
  • 700 grams small mushrooms,
  • 3 cloves garlic,
  • 2 tablespoons honey,
  • 80 millilitres balsamic vinegar,
  • parsley,
  • spices: salt and pepper.

Preparation:

  1. Cleaning the mushrooms: First, thoroughly clean them, remembering not to soak them to avoid losing their structure.
  2. Preparing the ingredients: Finely chop the parsley and press the garlic cloves through a press.
  3. Sautéing the mushrooms: Heat a pan with a bit of oil. When hot, add the mushrooms and sauté for 2-3 minutes—season with salt and pepper.
  4. Preparing the glaze: In a bowl, combine honey, balsamic vinegar, and chopped garlic. Add the parsley and mix well.
  5. Glazing the mushrooms: Pour the prepared glaze over the pan and cook for about 5 more minutes until the mushrooms are well coated with the sauce.
