Motorola Solutions has introduced a new solution that includes DIMETRA Connect and the TETRA MXP660 radio. These innovative technologies allow for seamless switching between networks, which is very important in demanding conditions such as densely built-up areas or buildings located deep underground. Mogens Sandberg Brix from Greater Copenhagen emphasized that the ability to switch from a radio to a broadband network automatically is crucial for the efficiency of their operations.

The DIMETRA Connect project enables automatic switching between terrestrial TETRA radio communication and broadband, significantly increasing the operational efficiency of emergency services. A telephone device for emergency services must be durable and functional. The new MXP660 radio offers advanced features, such as LTE technology and background noise suppression through AI, ensuring clear sound and better coverage.

Denmark implements new technologies

The Danish Sikkerhedsnet (SINE) network will be one of the first to implement DIMETRA Connect. Motorola Solutions supports many radio systems worldwide, including the Austrian TETRON Digitalfunk and the Norwegian Nødnett.

Motorola Solutions focuses on creating secure technologies that protect people and property. The company supports cooperation between public security agencies, agencies, and enterprises, which is critical to the approach to safety and protection.
