Madonna is one of the highest-earning artists in the world, but that doesn't necessarily mean her adult children live in luxury. One of her sons, David Banda, unexpectedly admitted that he's short on cash and sometimes has to search for food in rubbish bins. What does the famous mother have to say about this?

David Banda is one of Madonna's six children. Lourdes and Carlos were born to the artist, and she adopted the remaining four children (Chifundo, twins Estere and Stella, and David). The last of those mentioned moved out of the family home after turning 18.

It turns out that independence is not as easy as living in a luxurious mansion with every possible convenience under the protective umbrella of his mother. The teenager shares his bitter encounters with everyday life on social media.

He can only depend on himself. He gives guitar lessons and occasionally gets low-paying gigs as a model.

This doesn't allow him to maintain the lifestyle from his childhood. Online, he admitted that sometimes he can't even afford to buy himself dinner and has to search for food in rubbish bins. However, he is not disheartened by this and shares his bittersweet life with his girlfriend, who is two years older. According to media reports, Maria Atuesta is a model.

It’s lovely to experience it being 9 o’clock at night, me being hungry and realising that I don’t have enough money to get food and scavenging. It’s fun to be young! — he said on Instagram.

Madonna wants her son to be independent. what is the state of their relationship?

Madonna's fans have started to worry that her son is denying reality and should ask the singer for help. In response to increasing concerns, the 18-year-old stated clearly that he is happy doesn't need her support, and they currently have no professional connections (he used to accompany his mother at concerts).

David Banda shares the singer's view and believes that he should be independent and achieve something without anyone's protection. There is no concern that their relationship is deteriorating.

The star admitted some time ago that they sometimes have arguments, but they always remain family and love each other. What do you think? Should Madonna help her adopted son or let him learn the hardships of life?
