A few days ago, the news of Liam Payne's death broke in the media. The former member of One Direction fell from the third floor and landed in the inner courtyard of the Casa Sur Palmero hotel in Buenos Aires. Unfortunately, the singer died on the spot. He was just 31 years old.

The star left behind a 7-year-old son. Bear Grey is the child of Liam Payne and Cheryl Cole. The representatives of the British music scene dated for over two years, but their relationship did not withstand the test of time. Several hours after the tragic event, Cheryl shared a picture of Liam with his son on her Instagram profile and wrote a few warm words about her child's father.

One of the outlets reported that after Liam Payne's death, it is his seven-year-old son Bear who will inherit the vast fortune. According to the "Express" website, Liam amassed a fortune of 46 million pounds. Part of this money is expected to go to the artist's child. According to "Daily Online" sources, which the previously mentioned site refers to, the amount mentioned is 30 million pounds.

The singer himself did not hide in the past that his son was his entire world, which is why he planned to pass his businesses on to him. He spoke about his plans for financially securing Bear's future during an interview in 2022.
