During one of the rallies, the politician's nieces joined actress Kerry Washington on stage to help. Eight-year-old Amara and six-year-old Leela shared a simple way with the audience to properly articulate their aunt's name.
First, you say "Kama," like a comma in a sentence – said Amara.
Then you say "La," like "la-la-la-la-la" – added her younger sister Leela.
The audience gathered at the stadium followed the girls' instructions and began chanting the politician's name.
