Ingredients:

          
• 2 chicken breasts
• 2 tomatoes
• 3 oz (85 g) of green pesto
• 2 oz (57 g) of yellow cheese
• 3 tablespoons of olive oil
• spices: salt and pepper to taste

Preparation method:

1. Start by preparing the chicken. First, thoroughly clean and then dry the meat.
2. Next, divide it into smaller pieces and pound them into thin slices with a meat tenderiser.
3. Season each piece of chicken to taste with salt and pepper. Then, spread a layer of green pesto over it.
4. Place a few tomato slices directly on the pesto.
5. Sprinkle the entire structure with grated yellow cheese.
6. Finally, roll each piece of meat into a tight roll, place it in a baking dish, and drizzle with olive oil.
