A single glance will make you instantly salivate. A layer of chocolate bar in a slightly liquid form immediately demands attention. So, I probably don't need to add, that resisting such sweets is simply impossible. This cake is made primarily from bananas and is accentuated with dark chocolate, so it definitely isn't among the most calorie-laden pastries. Therefore, a little culinary extravagance like this from time to time is acceptable.

This homemade bake with a chocolate note is bound to become your favourite dessert
Ingredients:
- 150 grams of sugar,
- 5 tablespoons of oil,
- 2 bananas,
- 2 eggs,
- 128 grams of wheat flour,
- 5 teaspoons of cocoa,
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder,
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda,
- 1 pinch of salt,
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract,
- 80 ml of milk,
- 1 bar of dark chocolate.
Instructions:
Step 1. To start the recipe, I prepare the bananas first. I peel them and then mash them with a fork. Into the bowl with the mashed fruit, I add: eggs, cocoa, and oil.
Step 2. The next ingredients to be added to the bowl are: baking powder, baking soda, vanilla extract, milk, sugar, flour, and a pinch of salt.
Step 3. I thoroughly mix all the ingredients using a kitchen whisk. I transfer the resulting homogeneous mixture into a baking tray lined with parchment paper. For this batter, I'm using a loaf tray.
The tray goes into a preheated oven for around 35 minutes. During this time, the oven should be set at roughly 180 degrees Celsius.
Step 4. After removing the cake from the oven, I arrange a bar of dark chocolate on top. The cake goes back into the oven, this time for approximately 10 minutes.
Step 5. I recommend serving the finished cake while it's warm, when the chocolate topping is still slightly melted. And that's all there is to it, enjoy your dessert!
